My husband and I are so glad we found Karen in our search for a buyer's agent. We were moving from Milwaukee and looking for a home on the west side or west suburbs of Madison. Karen had quite a bit of knowledge on the Madison area and particularly the suburbs we were most interested in. We also felt that Karen had knowledge and input to offer regarding the school districts in the area, which was especially helpful as we have a child entering elementary school. We felt that Karen always had our best interests in mind and she was great at pointing out the important things we should consider in each home we viewed. Karen was patient with us and was never pushy during the process. She was always very responsive and available to us. We would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for a buyer or sellers agent. We felt like we became friends with Karen during our buying process and we will be sure to contact Karen if we ever need a real estate agent or realty advice in the future.

Exceptional!
Karen did an exceptional job. I felt very confident that she would take care of our needs and get the property sold quickly and at the price we wanted. She was very proactive to get the property staged, hold open house and used social media and her connections to attract potential buyers. Made the selling process easy!
Karen possess the perfect combination of professionalism and approachability. She made selling our house so easy, taking care of every aspect from beginning to end. Karen sat down with us and went over the entire process of selling a home. She advised us on staging (even providing many of her own items), took professional looking pictures for the MLS listing, and hosted open houses, where she provided beautifully colored handouts and fresh baked cookies. Before our home was listed, Karen sent out postcards to neighbors letting them know it was going to be listed soon. To top it all off, she helped us buy a lot to build the house of our dreams! We would highly recommend using Karen Gray from First Weber Realtors to anyone who wants to buy or sell their home. She is an honest person you can trust who will work hard for you.

If I could give 10 stars I would! She was incredible. Karen really went the extra mile: Staged the house with her own supplies; re-did pictures (an incredible difference in comparison to what was done by the prior agent); had a luncheon for outside agents; sent out post cards in the area; used social media as well as the newspaper; great follow-ups on prospective buyers. Kept me informed each step of the way. There was the potential for hiccups with the buyer; Karen saw to it that everything went smoothly both for me and the new owner (who was represented by a different agent). Parenthetically, I am a hard grader. I would give the previous 6 or 7 agents I have worked with in my life no more than a 1 or 2 stars. Karen is the best of the best

Karen' was an outstanding real estate agent! Karen's communication was always prompt. Karen worked very hard to help me prep my house for sale and she worked very hard to bring in buyers. I am very happy to have had Karen as my agent, especially since I had to move out of state due to job relocation. I could not have sold my house so quickly without Karen. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking for an agent that will do everything they can to help them sell their house.
